For expanded capacity in compact layouts, the APW Wyott TM-43D UL 2081 TM drop-in food warmer measures 13 3⁄5 inches wide by 28 3⁄5 inches deep by 8 4⁄5 inches high with a 12-inch by 27-inch well that fits a four-thirds-size pan. Thermostatic adjustment gives operators full control over heat output, and the EZ lock bracket fastens the unit without extra tools. Its stainless steel body withstands repeated daily use with wet or dry foods, while an integrated drain facilitates fast cleaning.
