APW Wyott GGT-36S 36" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

For irregular surfaces, the APW GGT-36S gas griddle's 4-inch legs can be adjusted to prevent wobbling. Made of aluminized steel, the sides and back panel are durable for high-volume use, while the front and top skirt are constructed of stainless steel to resist rusting, corroding, and warping. Because it's smooth, the griddle plate can be wiped free of food particles after use. The plate is ³/₄ inches thick, heating foods evenly and providing quick recovery times.

The APW GGT-36S countertop griddle is built with three U-shaped burners spaced 12 inches apart. These burners create three cooking zones to cook numerous types of food at the same time. The temperature can be adjusted between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit using thermostatic controls. This unit is operated with natural gas and powered with 60,000 BTUs.
