APW Wyott GGM-24S Description
The APW GGM-24S countertop griddle has a rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel front and top, while the sides and back panel are aluminized steel to provide strength for heavy-duty use. Simple to clean, the griddle plate is made of smooth polished steel that's 3⁄4 inches thick to heat foods evenly. The unit is built with two U-shaped burners to create two cooking zones on the 24-inch-wide by 19 1⁄2-inch-deep griddle surface. This enables multiple types of food, such as bacon, burgers, and pancakes, to be cooked at once.
To contain messes, the APW GGM-24S gas griddle's grease trough guides crumbs into a collection drawer so they don't fall onto the countertop, and this unit is positioned on 4-inch adjustable legs that prevent it from wobbling on irregular surfaces. A countertop unit, it measures 24 inches wide by 28 1⁄2 inches deep by 15 1⁄2 inches high. It's powered with 40,000 BTUs and a standing pilot, and in the case of emergency, its shut-off valve ceases operation.
