3. Time Availability of Offer
- Offer available on orders placed during the time frame specified:
- Placed on or after July 15 and shipped by September 30
- For Star, Land, Holman, Nu-Vu, Toastmaster, Wells, and Bloomfield the order needs to be placed between June 16 and September 30 to ship by October 15

4. Shipping Restrictions
- Offer valid using Middleby shipping only. Credits will not be given for customers choosing their own carrier.
- Liftgate and special instructions will be billed as a separate charge exclusive of prepaid freight.
- Request for call 24 hours before delivery will be billed to customer.
