Cook's Illustrated, a well-known and respected magazine in the foodservice industry, recently purchased a guide of recommended bake ware in which a few KaTom products were mentioned. This guide breaks down various type of baking equipment and their benefits.
The first product mentioned in this magazine is the Vollrath cookie sheet, which is an affordable and efficient cooking option. Several tests were conducted to determine the best of each category, and this cookie sheet was found to be the best non-stick cookie sheet.
