KitchenAid, a leader in both commercial and residential cookware and appliances, has come up with a new way to cook pasta and create delicious, creamy ice cream in your own home. has come up with attachments that allow you to use your residential mixer to create both pasta and ice cream by simply switching accessories!
To use these either of these kits, simply attach the supplied attachment to the mixer and allow the unit to begin work on either your pasta or ice cream. The pasta kit for your mixer allows you to create a perfect pasta dish each time you use the kit. These kits include a stand mixer pasta roller attachment, a stand mixer fettuccine cutter attachment, a black KitchenAid nylon pasta server, a black KitchenAid nylon slotted spoon, one Ecco La Pasta egg pasta mix, and one Ecco La Pasta spinach pasta mix. The ice cream kit for the stand mixer includes a stand mixer ice cream attachment, a white KitchenAid ice cream scoop, a gourmet vanilla ice cream mix, and a gourmet ice cream topping. This unit allows you to make your own ice cream right in your own home. These kits are both designed for home use with a stand mixer and will forgo the one year warranty if used in a commercial setting.
