Bobrick Savings!

Eclipse Surface Mounted Hand Dryer with Automatic Sensor

With the current "green" trend, businesses and organizations around the world are striving to find ways to be more energy efficient. Bobrick, a leading manufacturer of hand dryers, soap dispensers, toilet partitions, and other various washroom accessories since 1906, is working with businesses and organizations to help ensure that they are as energy efficient as possible. This environmentally friendly stance on their equipment makes them an excellent value for the price, which will pay for itself in a few short years. We have researched energy costs for 5 major U.S. cities and have calculated the cost of using a Bobrick hand dryer versus the cost of using paper towels to dry hands. As you will see, Bobrick hand dryers save a considerable amount of money as compared to paper towels. The following are results from our findings: On average, multifold paper towels cost approximately 3 cents per hand dry.

1. 2.5 paper towels used per hand dry

2. A typical case of 2,400 multifold paper towels cost approximately $25.00.

3. 2,400 paper towels per case / 2.5 paper towels per hand dry = 960 hand dry applications per case.

4. $25.00 per case / 960 hand dries per case = 3 cents per hand dry application
