I love it

I have only used it one time, but it worked great...steaks from grocery store don't seem to be aged ... so even the good cuts are not tender...and this was wonderful... I have not found how to release the bottom plate.. but not an issue.. it cleans very easily..

Meh.....

Instructions are very unclear with pictures that are of little help. Frankly, I got what I paid for which is 'not much'. Its much easier after all the hoopla to simple use a properly sharpened 8" French Chef's knife. If you buy one, you will understand.

I specifically ordered this item because it was advertised as 2 directional blade. I had been looking for two sided blade slicer.

I would buy it again

My husband has a hard time chewing certain meats, but when we bought this meat tenderizer we tried it on some nice thick pork chops and it worked great. We can't wait to try it on some nice juicey steaks for grilling this Summer. I can't think of anything that isn't great about it. I would gladly recommend it to my friends.

Nothing less than Amazing

I wear dentures and have difficulty chewing my favorite thing to eat, Steak, since I purchased the tenderizer I have used it on both low grade and high grade beef steaks and to my amazement, it was extremely tender and very juicy. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to eat restaraunt tender steaks and roasts. Big value for small bucks.
