Jaccard 200345NS Description
The Jaccard 200345NS Meat Maximizer™ is equipped with 45 stainless steel blades that carve channels through pieces of meat through which heat and marinades can pass. It also breaks up connective tissue to create appetizing product from tough cuts of meat. Great for use with beef as well as fish and poultry, this tenderizer has an ABS plastic grip. Its blade cartridge can be removed, so this tool is swift to clean and encourages food safety.

great product
The best thing is its easy to clean and built well
I would buy it again
My husband has a hard time chewing certain meats, but when we bought this meat tenderizer we tried it on some nice thick pork chops and it worked great. We can't wait to try it on some nice juicey steaks for grilling this Summer. I can't think of anything that isn't great about it. I would gladly recommend it to my friends.
Nothing less than Amazing
I wear dentures and have difficulty chewing my favorite thing to eat, Steak, since I purchased the tenderizer I have used it on both low grade and high grade beef steaks and to my amazement, it was extremely tender and very juicy. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to eat restaraunt tender steaks and roasts. Big value for small bucks.
