I have 2 of these Meat Tenderizers by Jaccard. I bought them at a trade show in LAS VEGAS over 10 years ago. They are GREAT. Really tenderizes the meat and chicken too. They are very sharp and they really do a great job. I would recommend this to everyone that cooks.
