Ariana Keller graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in rhetoric and technical communication. Prior to joining the KaTom team in 2015, she handled RFPs (requests for proposals) and website content for an advertising agency and freelance clients. She stepped in to lead the longform team in 2018, advising writers who create articles, blogs, and other informative content. As the content manager, she oversaw the longform and editing teams. During her time at KaTom Restaurant Supply, she participated in more than 150 trainings and demonstrations with representatives for some of the industry's top brands and toured the factories for Cambro, Southbend, and Vollrath. She also interviewed dozens of professionals – including restaurant owners and chefs, the CEOs of nationally recognized brands, and YouTube cooking sensations – to learn more about the many career paths that lead to success in the foodservice industry. She has been a Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) since October 2018.
