I stumbled across the KaTom Restaurant Supply website, while looking for apartment sized appliances and a small convertible gas range. I started a chat with Brent McMahan, and I have to say, what an excellent customer service experience. Brent was informative regarding shipping options, the company is willing to work with third party carriers to get the equipment to a location outside the US, and he even provided links to refrigeration options that would best suit the space I have to work with. This level of communication and customer service is really hard to come by, these days, and I certainly appreciate the time and attention to detail, during the chat!
Been working with KaTom on a new build these last few months and they have been SO so helpful. Isaac Fields has been personally guiding us through every equipment need, pricing options, lead times etc and has been such an amazing and patient presence. With so many changes coming from our side, he has not missed a beat. Always there to not only find exactly what we need, but also offer counsel with his breadth of experience. Can't wait to continue working with Isaac and I will definitely be using him for my next project.

ordered a large gas fired steam boiler from KaTom. This project has a very tight deadline and I was have difficulty tracking the order and determining when to assemble an install crew.
