The MoTak MHDC-1 ice cream dipping cabinet's electronic controls offer precise oversight of internal performance. Measuring 47 1⁄5 inches wide by 27 4⁄5 inches deep by 51 3⁄10 inches high, it has a stainless steel top shelf that functions as a workspace or utensil station. Four adjustable interior shelves let staff separate stored cans or rotate product placement as needed. To shield contents from contaminants, this cabinet features a clear glass canopy and interior LED lighting for attractive, streamlined display.
For efficient service between -10 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit, the MoTak MHDC-1 dipping cabinet integrates a self-contained refrigeration system that circulates R290 refrigerant. The upper section fits eight 3-gallon cans and has extra space below to store four backup cans. Resisting frost buildup for long-term use, a glass lid with a molded handle opens to reveal the aluminum-lined cabinet, while its clean white exterior lends a professional appearance in modern dessert stations.
