With a glass viewing area showcasing eight 3-gallon tubs, the Motak MDC18-A ice cream dipping display cabinet supports product visibility, while four additional tubs are stored below to maintain backup supply. Its stainless steel top frames the display and included night covers protect contents after hours. The cabinet maintains temperatures from negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit to 5 degrees Fahrenheit, supporting holding conditions for frozen desserts.
An electronic control system regulates internal conditions in the Motak MDC18-A cabinet, while a bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses a 1⁄4 horsepower compressor and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain stable cooling performance. The white aluminum interior and exterior support routine cleaning.
