To ensure ease of use, the Southbend SX-5G3-SB countertop steamer features electromechanical controls and a three-way power switch (ON/OFF/Delime). An automatic fill and drain system, along with an automatic generator blowdown valve, streamlines maintenance. The split water connections optimize water usage, while stainless steel construction enhances durability.
