Staff can perform a wide range of cooking tasks with the Unox XAVC-0511-EPRM CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ Plus combi oven, including steaming, roasting, baking, and sous vide preparation. Its boilerless steam generator ensures consistent steam production for precise cooking results, while DRY.Maxi™ and STEAM.Maxi™ technologies provide control over humidity levels, permitting operators to achieve the desired texture for various dishes. With a temperature range of 86 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit supports high-precision cooking for various menu items. This half-size countertop unit accommodates five 1/1 GN pans or five 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans, making it a versatile addition to busy commercial kitchens.

The Unox XAVC-0511-EPRM CHEFTOP MIND.Maps Plus oven integrates smart features to streamline kitchen workflows and reduce manual intervention. The MIND.Maps touchscreen interface lets staff create custom cooking processes and store up to 1,000 recipes, while MULTI.TIME technology manages up to 10 cooking tasks simultaneously. ADAPTIVE.Cooking™ monitors internal conditions and adjusts settings automatically to ensure consistent results, and CLIMALUX™ regulates humidity levels for optimal performance.
