Astra SM-222 Description
The Astra SM 222 Super Mega 2 espresso and cappuccino machine is an automatic self-serve unit designed to accommodate high-volume coffee service. With a 4 1⁄5-liter boiler and dual hoppers, it can produce up to 150 cups per hour. A rotary Procon® pump and automatic water fill system ensure consistent water pressure for optimal espresso extraction. The integrated milk refrigerator enhances beverage preparation efficiency, while the touchpad interface allows users to program up to 18 customizable drink options.
Designed to be user-friendly, the Astra SM 222 automatic self-serve espresso machine includes pre-infusion capabilities to enhance flavor extraction and a programmable on/off function to streamline daily operation. IntelliProgram™ smart features provide management reporting and troubleshooting support. The unit also includes stainless steel panels, brass flare fittings, and digital temperature control for precision brewing. A plumbed water connection and drain hookup enable continuous operation. Its automatic cleaning cycle runs every 15 minutes and after each drink, while a built-in coffee waste drawer simplifies maintenance.
