Astra SM-111 Description
The Astra SM 111 Super Mega 1 espresso and cappuccino machine is designed for high-volume self-service applications, producing up to 150 cups per hour. It features a 4 1⁄5-liter boiler, a single hopper for coffee storage, and a fully integrated milk refrigerator for seamless operation. The unit's touchpad interface supports 18 programmable functions, allowing users to customize drinks. Additionally, an automatic water fill system and a rotary Procon® pump provide consistent water pressure for quality espresso extraction.
To enhance efficiency, the Astra SM 111 includes pre-infusion capabilities for improved flavor extraction and a programmable on/off function to manage daily operation. The built-in coffee waste drawer simplifies cleanup, while an automatic cleaning and rinsing cycle runs every 15 minutes and after each drink.
