The Astra SM111-1 Super Mega 1 espresso and cappuccino machine is an automatic self-serve unit designed for efficient, high-volume operation. A rotary Procon® pump and automatic water fill system maintain consistent water pressure for optimal espresso extraction. With a 4 1⁄5-liter boiler and a single hopper, it can produce up to 150 cups per hour. The integrated milk refrigerator supports seamless drink preparation, while the touchpad interface enables programming for up to 18 customizable drink options.
To enhance functionality, the Astra SM111-1 automatic self-serve espresso machine features pre-infusion capabilities for improved flavor development, a programmable on/off function for energy efficiency, and automatic cleaning cycles every 15 minutes and after each use. Its digital temperature control facilitates precision brewing, while the stainless steel panels and brass flare fittings add to its durability. A plumbed water connection and drain hookup provide continuous operation.
