MoTak MGR48 Description
The MoTak MGR-48 gas griddle boasts a 3⁄4-inch-thick highly polished plate that evenly distributes heat and withstands repeated heating and cooling without warping. It features four 30,000-BTU stainless steel burners positioned 6 inches apart to uniformly heat the plate. The burners' quick-on design automatically adjusts temperatures if the probes identify a drop in temperature, which can reduce cooking and reheating times. Because this unit is equipped with manual controls, staff can simply adjust burner heat with the large temperature knobs.
Side splashes and a 4-inch backsplash contain messes to the MoTak MGR-48 griddle's plate to aid in cleaning and protect nearby surfaces from hot pops of oil. As ingredients are cooked, grease collects in the 3 1⁄4-inch-wide front trough and removable stainless steel grease catch pan to ease cleanup after use. This griddle is powered by natural gas but can be converted to accommodate LP gas with the included kit for flexibility.
