MoTak MGR48 Description
Built for high-output cooking, the MoTak MGR48 gas griddle features a 48-inch by 24 11⁄16-inch cooking area. Its (4) 30,000 BTU U-style burners distribute heat evenly across the 3⁄4-inch thick polished steel plate. Manual controls allow precise adjustment of each burner, spaced every 12 inches for independent temperature control.
Constructed of stainless steel, the MoTak MGR48 gas griddle is designed for durability and efficiency in commercial kitchens. A 4-inch-high backsplash and side splashes contain grease and food debris, while the extended, cool-to-touch front edge enhances operator safety. A wide front grease trough channels runoff into a removable stainless steel grease pan for easy disposal.
