The Winco NGGD-48M Spectrum™ natural gas griddle is built for heavy-duty commercial use, delivering consistent heat and durability. Featuring four manually controlled burners, each with an output of 30,000 BTU, this countertop griddle provides a total of 120,000 BTU for high-efficiency cooking. The 3/4-inch polished steel plate ensures even heat distribution, while the insulated double-wall stainless steel body enhances durability. A full-width 31/2-inch grease trough and removable grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle make cleanup simple. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, this griddle includes a cool-touch front plate rail, adjustable legs with non-skid feet, and a standing pilot ignition system for easy operation. A propane conversion kit is included for added flexibility.
