The MoTak MR10-RGB24-N-C-S-3 commercial gas range's six-burner top, 24-inch raised griddle and broiler, and two standard ovens provide unit flexibility in a compact 59¹⁹⁄₂₀-inch-wide by 30⁴⁹⁄₁₀₀-inch-deep by 60³³⁄₁₀₀-inch-tall footprint. For long-term durability, its front, riser, and shelf are made of corrosion-, dent-, and scratch-resistant stainless steel that can be wiped clean. So it can be wheeled out of the way for maintenance and cleaning, it's positioned on six 4-inch swivel casters—three of which can be locked for stability. This unit operates with natural gas and outputs 276,000 BTUs per hour.

Each of the range's burners is controlled individually with a standing pilot and adjustable controls, meaning operators can pick and choose which burners to use during slow times to conserve energy. A row of 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grates cover the burners for effective heat distribution, and when they require cleaning, the grates can be removed. A crumb tray beneath the burners collects debris, oil, and other particles and can be removed for thorough cleaning after use.

The MoTak MR10-RGB24-N-C-S-3 range's raised griddle is built with three cast iron burners with corresponding standing pilots and a valve control every 8 inches. While the ³⁄₄-inch-thick griddle plate withstands repeated heating and cooling to endure high-volume use, the broiling rack beneath the griddle plate can be adjusted in two positions to finish meats. For simple cleanup, this unit is built with a 4-inch-wide grease trough and a pull-out crumb tray featuring welded corners.

A set of two ovens make up the MoTak MR10-RGB24-N-C-S-3 gas range's base with temperatures that can be adjusted from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit to broil, roast, bake, and rethermalize a variety of dishes. Each oven's interior measures 26²²⁄₂₅ inches wide by 25⁴⁄₅ inches deep by 13⁴⁄₅ inches tall and features corrosion-resistant, simple-to-clean porcelain lining. Pans can be loaded onto the two oven racks, and to achieve different results, these racks can be raised or lowered. The spring-loaded doors are easy to open and close, while their handles remain cool to the touch as products are baking to reduce the risk of user burns.
