MoTak MST-72-30-X Description
The MoTak MST-72-30-X sandwich and salad prep table's base has three PVC-coated storage shelves that can hold bulk ingredients that aren't in current use. These ingredients are kept cool by a self-contained refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. If left open, both doors shut on their own to reduce energy costs, and during loading they can be propped open past 90 degrees.
The poly-vinyl cutting board on the MoTak MST-72-30-X prep table offers a suitable place for employees to chop vegetables, meats, and cheeses, and assembling salads and sandwiches. This prep tables comes from the factory with four installed swivel casters, which means you don't have to deal with the hassle of putting those on yourself. The front casters lock to stabilize the unit.
