The MoTak MST-72-30-A sandwich/salad mega top refrigerator supports ingredient organization with capacity for 30 sixth-size pans while maintaining cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its electronic control system enables operators to monitor and adjust internal conditions, and a full-length cutting board provides a workspace for assembling sandwiches and salads.
