The 5O7O MEST-72-30-A three-section sandwich/salad mega top prep table integrates a 9 3⁄10-inch cutting board, providing a dedicated workspace for ingredient prep and assembly. Balanced on 4-inch locking casters, the 430 stainless steel body measures 71 3⁄4 inches wide by 35 3⁄8 inches deep by 44 1⁄2 inches high. Its 19.6-cubic-foot aluminum interior fits 30 sixth-size pans and contains three adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves for organized backup storage. The three lockable, self-closing doors have a 90-degree stay-open mechanism to ease routine loading. Controlled by a digital panel, its R290-powered system defrosts automatically and preserves food between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
