MoTak MST-28-12-X Description
The MoTak MST-28-12 sandwich/salad prep table is great for making sandwiches, salads, and pizzas. Toppings are held in the top cutout in 12 pans: nine 1/6-size and three 1/3-size. Users can easily prepare the toppings or meals on the poly-vinyl cutting board. Extra product is stored in the cabinet on a single shelf and the stainless steel floor. The unit's exterior is made of durable stainless steel and its interior liner is aluminum.
Self-diagnostics run on this unit so users can keep up with its status and know when issues occur. The MoTak MST-28-12 sandwich/salad prep table has a digital display that is helpful for monitoring the internal temperature, which can be set in a range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit and is maintained by R290 refrigerant. The bottom-mount refrigeration system is accessible if it needs to be serviced.
- Toppings are held in 12 pans (nine 1/6-size, three 1/3-size)
