MoTak MPR-93-X Description
The MoTak MPR-93 pizza prep table has stainless steel exterior front and sides, and an aluminum back and interior. It has three doors and three heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves. The doors are self-closing, but stay open past 90 degrees. Swivel casters, two with brakes, enable easy movement of the unit. The poly-vinyl cutting board provides work space for preparing pizzas, salads, and sandwiches with ingredients stored in the 12 third-size Lexan pans.
The unit has a digital display that shows internal temperatures, which are maintained with R290 refrigerant in a range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The MoTak MPR-93 pizza prep table has an easy-to-access condenser that simplifies cleaning and maintenance. Its three doors are self-closing, but will stay open past 90 degrees.
- 12 third-size Lexan pans hold various toppings
- To allow proper airflow, pans deeper than 6 inches should not be used on this unit
