Marsal SD-660 Description
Good for small pizza restaurants, the Marsal SD-660 SD 6 Pie pizza deck oven has a single 60-inch-wide by 36-inch-deep cooking chamber that can cook as many as six 18-inch pizza pies at a time. Equipped with a 2-inch-thick brick deck, it can retain high temperatures for extended periods, and it won't warp with constant reheating. This unit is heated with a burner, and its temperature can be thermostatically adjusted from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 7-inch-high door provides full access to the baking chamber, and it stays open due to its spring-balanced design for streamlined loading and unloading.
The Marsal SD-660 gas pizza deck oven is supported with heavy-duty, welded-on legs that can be raised or lowered to accommodate uneven flooring. Insulated with a high-temperature fiberglass, it only requires a 3-inch rear clearance, and its sides don't require any clearances. For durability, its top, sides, and doors are made of 18-gauge stainless steel, and the interior and exterior have an aluminized steel composition. Overall, this unit measures 80 inches wide by 43.25 inches deep by 55.5 inches high to fit a commercial kitchen.
