Marsal SD-660 Description
To withstand back-to-back loading and unloading of pizza pies, the Marsal SD-660 SD 6 Pie pizza oven's top, sides, and door are composed of 18-gauge stainless steel, and its spring-balanced door stays open as long as needed, providing full access to the baking chamber. Good for small- and medium-traffic pizza shops, this oven can bake six 18-inch pizzas at a time in its 60-inch-wide by 36-inch-deep single oven. Its natural gas burner temperature can be adjusted from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit to support different cooking needs.
The Marsal SD-660 gas pizza oven measures 80 inches wide by 43.25 inches deep by 55.5 inches high, and its baking chamber is 60 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 7 inches high. To retain heat for continuous cooking, it contains a 2-inch-thick cooking surface, and it's insulated with an ultra-high-temperature fiberglass. Heavy-duty, adjustable legs are welded at the bottom of the unit to account for bumpy flooring surfaces and prevent wobbling throughout use.
