The Spaceman 6250-C soft serve machine uses a smart digital interface that features temperature displays, auto programming, and a fast freeze-down mode for responsive cooling. A pair of 12 7⁄10-quart hoppers feed two 1 4⁄5-quart freezing cylinders, enabling two flavors and one twist at up to 350 servings per hour. The Spaceman 6250-C gravity-fed floor machine includes a soft start motor with speed-controlled auto-closing valves to manage dispensing. It moves into position with pre-installed casters and has an air-cooled, self-contained build.
