Saniserv 522-SERVE Description
The SaniServ 522 T soft serve freezer is compact enough for most establishments that want to serve ice cream or frozen yogurt but do not have large amounts of space. The 17-quart reservoirs on each side allow the machine to hold two flavors at once, and a twist feature lets you mix the two. These reservoirs and barrels keep the product separate until the twist feature is in use. The stainless steel exterior is heavy duty for commercial use, while the steel interior frame creates structure in the unit. Stainless steel dashers have low friction scraper blades to keep product from freezing on the sides.
AccuFreeze™ touch control ensures product quality by using viscosity instead of temperature. A solid state audible and visual mix out system has a compressor lockout that lasts three minutes to prevent the machine from damage. Since the SaniServ 522 T soft serve freezer is built with fewer parts than other machines, it is easier to disassemble for cleaning and sanitizing. Scroll compressors operate quietly and are built to be durable in commercial settings. The self-contained refrigeration system in this machine can be air or water cooled.

Soft Serve/Yogurt Twist Freezer, floor model, air or water cooled, self- contained refrigeration, 2 heads, 17 qt. mix capacity (per side), weld steel frame, stainless exterior, electronic consistency control, automatic audible/visual mix out, (2) 1 HP dasher, (2) 2 HP compressor, casters included, UL, NSF & cUL. The CTS is included in this price and required to activate manufacturer's warranty. Representative will inspect the unit for proper installation (uncrate & set in place with electrical connections arranged by end-user prior to scheduled CTS), representative will instruct end-user on proper operating & cleaning procedures including start-up with product (product to be supplied by end-user).
