Stoelting F231-18 Description
There are two 3-gallon hoppers on the Stoeling F231-18I2 soft serve freezer. Ideal for offering two flavors, this soft-serve machine has two 3 2⁄5-quart freezing cylinders, and it features a middle lever to offer a twist between the two flavors. This unit serves through a continuous, gravity-fed design; the spigot then self-closes to reduce waste and ensure precise portion control. It’s a floor model unit and measures 19 1⁄4 inches wide by 28 1⁄2 inches deep by 58 5⁄8 inches high. It’s made of stainless steel, so it’s corrosion resistant, durable, and simple to clean.
A simple-to-use control system is located at the front of the Stoeling F231-18I2 frozen machine. These IntelliTec2™ tamper-proof controls have a multi-line graphics display for programming, while the USB port lets users upload firmware and download statistics. The controller’s senses track product consistency and temperature, and for conserving energy, this soft serve machine features a standby and sleep mode.
