Fetco FC2 Description
Because the Fetco FC2 frozen drink machine (PEL0201) has two 3.2-gallon bowls, the unit can mix, hold, and serve two beverages at the same time. It is designed for use with noncarbonated chilled and frozen drinks, including smoothies, slushies, frozen coffee, and frozen cocktails. In the bowls, augers are set in vertical and horizontal positions, mixing the product consistently to maintain its freshness. A pan sits below the mixture and augers, and it stays cold to maintain the ideal temperature of the product.
To ensure the dispensing area in this Fetco FC2 frozen granita machine (PEL0201) is sanitary, condensation on the bowl is directed behind it and into the drip tray without contaminating the drink. This unit has an LED light in the bowl cover so users can see the product clearly and make purchase decisions. Self-diagnostics provide error messages if there is an issue with the system so operators can fix the issue or make service calls.
