MoTak MGR48-T Description
The MoTak MGR48-T 48-inch gas griddle is designed for countertop cooking, featuring a 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel plate that distributes heat evenly across the surface. Four U-style 30,000 BTU burners are positioned to provide heat every 6 inches, and their thermostatic controls maintain temperatures between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The burners respond quickly to temperature changes, ensuring fast recovery for high-efficiency cooking. A 3 1⁄4-inch front grease trough collects runoff, directing it into the removable stainless steel grease pan.
Constructed of stainless steel, the MoTak MGR48-T gas griddle is built for durability in commercial kitchens. A 4-inch-high welded backsplash and side splashes help contain grease and prevent spills. The extended cool-to-touch front edge enhances operator safety, while front-access pilot lights allow for quick ignition. This unit is mounted on adjustable, nonskid stainless steel legs for stability and is shipped for natural gas operation with an LP conversion kit included.
