Dukers DCGT48 Description
Equipped with a standby pilot, the Dukers DCGT48 countertop griddle decreases interruptions between cooking cycles. Adjustable legs raise the 48-inch-wide by 28 1⁄2-inch-deep by 15 1⁄4-inch-high stainless steel structure to bring it to a comfortable working height, while a full-length drip pan directs runoff away from active heating zones. Beneath the 47 7⁄8-inch by 20 1⁄2-inch polished steel plate, four natural gas burners generate 104,000 BTU to promote reliable browning and searing. Thermostatic controls automatically respond to temperature changes to reduce the need for manual correction.
