MoTak MGR24 Description
The MoTak MGR24 24-inch commercial gas griddle features two U-style 30,000 BTU burners that deliver consistent heat across the 24-inch-wide by 20 11⁄16-inch-deep cooking surface. A 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel plate retains heat to ensure even cooking, while the manual controls allow operators to adjust flame levels as needed. A 3 1⁄4-inch-wide front grease trough channels runoff into a removable stainless steel grease pan to simplify cleanup.
The MoTak MGR24 gas griddle is designed with a 4-inch-high welded backsplash and side splashes to prevent grease from spilling onto surrounding surfaces. Double-wall stainless steel construction with insulated side panels improves heat retention and energy efficiency in high-volume environments. The extended cool-to-touch front edge enhances user safety, while front-access pilot lights allow for quick ignition. Adjustable, nonskid stainless steel legs provide stability on countertops.
