Winco NGGD-24M Description
The Winco NGGD-24M Spectrum™ natural gas griddle features a 24-inch-wide by 20 3⁄4-inch-deep cooking surface with a 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel plate. Two high-performance burners, each producing 30,000 BTU, provide a total output of 60,000 BTU. Infinite heat controls allow precise temperature adjustments, while a standing pilot ignition system ensures reliable operation. The unit is designed with a stainless steel insulated double-wall body and a 5-inch-wide, cool-touch front plate rail for safety.
For easy cleanup, the Winco NGGD-24M griddle includes a 3 1⁄2-inch-wide full-length grease trough and a removable grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle. The side and rear splash guards help contain splatter, and adjustable legs with non-skid feet provide stability. This unit operates on natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for flexibility.
