The MoTak MBR36 36-inch commercial gas charbroiler features three U-style 35,000 BTU burners that provide consistent flame coverage every 6 inches across the cooking surface. Stainless steel radiants distribute heat evenly while shielding the burners from grease buildup. Reversible cast iron grates accommodate various cooking applications, allowing operators to cook at high temperatures for searing or lower heat levels for slow cooking. A full-width removable stainless steel grease pan collects runoff for simplified cleaning.
The MoTak MBR36 gas charbroiler is constructed with a fully welded 4-inch-high backsplash and side splashes to contain grease and prevent splatters. Its durable stainless steel frame and double-wall construction improve heat retention in commercial kitchens. The extended cool-to-touch front edge enhances operator safety, while front-access pilot lights provide quick ignition. Adjustable, nonskid stainless steel legs stabilize the unit on countertops.
