With 105,000 BTUs total and cast iron grates, it supports consistent searing for steaks, burgers, and skewered proteins.
The Dukers DCCB36 gas charbroiler includes standby pilot burners to keep ignition ready throughout the day. A double-wall stainless steel cabinet adds insulation and structural strength, while a full-width crumb tray simplifies cleaning between shifts. Cast iron grates with an integrated waste drain help manage grease, and the unit rests on adjustable stainless steel legs with nonskid feet for stability.
