The Winco NGCB-36R Spectrum™ countertop charbroiler is built for heavy-duty commercial cooking, featuring three high-performance 35,000 BTU burners for a total output of 105,000 BTU. The 10-gauge stainless steel radiant burner covers ensure even heat distribution, while the reversible and adjustable cast iron grates offer three height positions for precise grilling control. Infinite heat controls and a standing pilot ignition system provide user-friendly operation, and a 3 1⁄2-inch full-width grease trough with removable trays simplifies cleanup. Designed with durability and efficiency in mind, this unit includes a stainless steel insulated double-wall body and a cool-touch front plate rail for added safety.
