Kold-Draft GTX361LC Description
The Kold-Draft GTX361LC ice maker can produce 358 pounds of large ice cubes, which is suited for alcoholic beverages since it melts slowly. It has a water-cooled condenser that does not generate as much heat and noise as an air-cooled condenser. A horizontal evaporator is placed upside down on the water plate, so each compartment is filled with water and frozen individually. This process creates pure, mineral-free ice since the cubes are frozen from the outside in. Because the Kold-Draft GTX361LC ice machine head is constructed of 300 series stainless steel, it resists corrosion, dents, and stains. To support efficient operation, this unit can be stacked with a bin and dispenser, both of which are sold separately from the maker. Its rounded corners clean up quickly and prevent staff injuries, and its plastic top panels and louvers can be removed for cleaning.
