Kold-Draft GTX361AC Description
The Kold-Draft GTX361AC ice machine head has an air-cooled condenser that uses less water to produce ice than a water-cooled condenser. If surrounding conditions are ideal, this unit can produce 352 pounds of full-cube ice daily. Full-cube ice melts more slowly than half-cube ice, so it is excellent for drinks that are meant to be sipped. Its exterior is constructed of 300 series stainless steel, which has more nickel than 400 series and is more resistant to corrosion. The Kold-Draft GTX361AC ice maker has a horizontal evaporator that freezes each cube from the outside in to create pure, clear ice. To aid in cleaning, its plastic top and louvers are removable, and its corners are rounded. An LCD display shows the unit's operating status.
