Hobart 6115-2 Description
The Hobart 6115-2 portable vegetable peeler streamlines preparation of large vegetable batches by peeling as much as 20 pounds of potatoes in 1 to 3 minutes, reducing labor and increasing output. Its timer adjusts in 30-second increments, as high as 4 minutes total. To enhance corrosion protection, the peeler's housing is made of satin-finished stainless steel and features a durable stainless steel driveshaft to extend its period of reliable use. To streamline cleaning, the hopper door can be removed.
