Globe SP40 Description
The Globe SP40 all-purpose planetary mixer can mix 42 quarts of dough or batter. This floor model is made of extremely durable cast iron and is mounted on rubber feet to prevent heavy equipment from scratching the floor. Its motor is driven by gears and has a thermal overload protection feature.
In order for users to prepare plenty of product, the Globe SP40 cake mixer includes a stainless steel wire whip, an aluminum spiral dough hook, and a flat beater. A bowl guard is also included to prevent injury while users run the machine. To produce consistent batches, this unit has a timer with last-batch recall that users can set with the touchpad controls.
