Globe SP10 Description
The Globe SP10 commercial mixer's agitator and the No. 12 attachment can reach three speeds; the three agitator speeds are 104, 194, and 353 revolutions per minute, while the No.12 attachment reaches 59, 110, and 202 revolutions per minute. It's installed with a 1/3-horsepower motor that operates via gear-driven communication. The included attachment accessories are an aluminum spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, and aluminum flat beater—these attachments can be used within the 10-quart capacity bowl. For securing the bowl during low-, mid-, and high-intensity use, this mixer is supplied with locking pins near each handle.
