Eurodib M10ETL Description
The Eurodib M10ETL bench model planetary mixer has a 10-quart capacity. Its planetary mixing action combines ingredients quickly and evenly, forming smooth mixtures and emulsions. The bowl, hook, whip, and beater are all made of stainless steel for durability. Its gear-driven transmission is designed to withstand heavy use and mixes at three speeds—low, medium, and high—though it isn’t recommended for mixing heavy doughs.
