Globe GSG10 Description
With its flat cast iron plates, the Globe GSG10 Bistro sandwich grill works best in grilling sandwiches, vegetables, and some meats. This grill includes a bottom plate that is secured onto the grill and an adjustable top plate with a spring hinge so it can easily fit over foods of differing heights. The plates can reach a maximum temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit and their cast iron construction minimizes heat loss between orders because of their high heat retention. Their design reinforces thorough, even cooking that cuts cook time in half, making the grill a smart choice for cafes or restaurants with a high demand for grilled items.
Safety features are built in throughout the Globe GSG10 Bistro grill. An on/off switch lets users know the grill's status, so items aren't burnt.
