This stainless steel refrigerator has a clear-coated, aluminum-lined interior with coved corners. Its top and backsplash are made of one piece to prevent bacterial growth and food waste from slipping into crevices, keeping the unit clean. Fitted with a 12-inch-long, recessed handle, the door self-closes on the right. The positive-seal door also has a 90-degree, stay-open feature and includes magnetic gaskets that are removable without tools for expedited cleaning. This unit has two heavy-duty, PVC-coated, wire shelves adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments. Each shelf includes four chrome-plated clips.

The True TWT-27-HC worktop refrigerator has a temperature holding range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with electronically commutated fan motors. This type of fan is ideal for moving a constant air volume and producing minimal heat. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the capillary tube system is self-contained and environmentally friendly. The oversized refrigeration unit uses guided airflow to ensure products stay cooled uniformly. For accessibility, the condensing unit slides out of the rear.

The condensing coil is kept clean by a 20-second fan reversal feature. At the start of each cycle, the fan blows in reverse to rid the coil of dirt, dust and other buildup. Though this function reduces energy consumption, lengthens the unit’s lifespan, and improves efficiency, regular preventive maintenance should still be performed.
