Using its factory-balanced refrigeration system and environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant, the True TUC-93D-4~SPEC3 refrigerator maintains a uniform, set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The evaporator coil is extra large and pairs with a high-horsepower compressor and a large condenser to ensure fast temperature recovery and short run times. The large fan blades, epoxy-coated evaporator, and self-lubricating fan motor use an efficient, low-velocity, high-volume airflow design. At the start of each compressor cycle, its fan motor reverses direction for a 20-second period. This blows away any buildup, dust, or dirt that’s settled on the coil. Though not a substitute for regular preventive maintenance, this feature helps reduce energy consumption and optimize performance. The condensing unit is located behind the front grille and slides out for maintenance.

The True TUC-93D-4~SPEC3 undercounter refrigerator includes two PVC-coated, wire shelves that are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch centers. Each stainless steel drawer has removable slides and rollers and accommodates two large food pans or incremental small pans with divider bars included. Made of stainless steel inside and out, this unit has coved corners and polyurethane insulation. The positive-seal doors swing within the cabinet dimensions and include gaskets of one-piece construction that are removable without tools for quick cleaning. The countertop front is flush with the front of the doors, which come with all-metal handles.
